FB-47 FRICTION BOLT (Friction Stabilizer)
FB-47 Friction Bolt is used as a main support friction bolt stabilizer for underground or above ground projects in mines, tunnels or slopes or wherever reliable ground support is needed, especially in mechanised jumbo development and production. Our FB-47 Friction Bolt was made by high strength steel strip which special refined with very low level of Si & P in chemical components, it will make the bolt in perfect performance of supporting rocks, and help to have a good quality in galvanizing. Meanwhile, with our advanced PLC-controled auto welder, the bolt will has a very good performance when it is inserted in the rocks.

FB-39 FRICTION BOLT (Friction Stabilizer)
FB-39 Friction Bolt is primarily used for securing strata mesh by installing into existing 47mm friction bolts in conjunction with a smaller plate. Longer lengths are also used as primary ground support when drilling small diameter holes. Our FB-39 Friction Bolt was made by high strength steel strip which special refined with very low level of Si & P in chemical components, it will make the bolt in perfect performance of supporting rocks, and help to have a good quality in galvanizing. FB-33 FRICTION BOLT (Friction Stabilizer)
FB-33 Friction Bolt is mainly used to establish ground support when hand-held mining operations are required. COMBI PLATE (Used with Friction Bolt)
Combi Plate is a kind of combination plate for use with Friction Bolt (Friction Bolt Stabilizer) to have a larger area to support the rock, and make the friction bolt system has a better support performance. It is also used for fixing and bearing mesh, and with a hanger loop on the top plate, it is also used for hanging the ventilation or lighting system etc.

DUO PLATE (Used with Friction Bolt)
Duo Plate is one of a combination plate using together Friction Bolt (Friction Bolt Stabilizer) to enhance the supporting area to the rock, and make the whole supporting system with a better support performance. It is also used for fixing and bearing mesh, and with a hanger loop on the top plate, it is also used for hanging the ventilation or lighting system etc.

As a traditional bearing plate, Dome Plate is designed to work together with Friction Bolt or Cable Bolt to support the rocks, widely used in Mining, Tunnel and Slope etc as a mainly part in ground support applications.

UTILITY FRICTION BOLT HANGER BOLT (Friction Stabilizer Hanger)
Friction Bolt utility hanger bolts available in all Models and up to 900mm. They’re not for ground support, but they offer the same installation advantages as friction bolt. They come in the same tube diameters, and use the same bearing plates. They are used to support cables, ductwork, pipes and Mine Mesh. Lightweight items such as ventilation tubing may be hung from the loop on the bearing plate.

WELDED WIRE MESH (Used in application of ground support)

W-STRAP
“W” Strap is commonly used when additional support is required in conjunction with mesh and rock bolts. These steel straps are pulled into the rock surface by the bolts and tend to conform to the rock surface. It is also widely used in ground support application especially at critical area.
