Specifications and performance：
The Split Set Stabilizer is a slotted steel tube,with one end tapered for easy insertion into a drill hole. To hold the bearing plate, there is another end with a welded ring flange. The split set also called Split set, Friction Bolt, friction stabilizer, Mining Split Set with Washer.
Using a simple drive tool mounted on the drill, insert the stabilizer into a hole slightly smaller in diameter than the pipe. As the tube enters, its diameter is compressed and the notch partially closes. This exerts radial forces along the length of contact with the rock, providing the friction force that holds the rock together. The driving force of the rig actively loads the bearing plate onto the rock.
The standard or galvanized tubes and panels are manufactured according to applicable ASTM F 432-95 or other required standards. The code stamp on the split set tube shows its size, date, manufacture, and also the hot batch of steel. Dome bearing plate
